AirRentalz has incorporated as feature within their short-term accommodation platform call FabRentalz. FabRentalz is all about allowing the LGBTQ host community to clearly, should they wish to, highlight to their future guests they are part of the LGBTQ community. AirRentalz already offer a service they call  WorkSpaces, where you can rent your place or space for short-term office or co-working space. FabRentalz, as we call it, is just an additional feature we are offering as part of our service.

For those LGBTQ hosts, we believe this may give them and their guests a better experience when a host comes out to their guests about them being LGBTQ. If there is any possibility of awkwardness, we are looking to take that awkwardness away for both hosts and their guests. FabRentalz, is also designed for those who want to differentiate themselves by also catering to the LGBTQ community. AirRentalz is not focused on the LGBTQ community, however we see this as a niche market that we would like to work with and be a part off.

While short term accommodation is core to AirRentalz, our service also operates as a collaborative marketing platform that allows hosts and local and other business to work together to cross-promote each other to deliver great experiences for their guests. We believe this provides a win-win for all. Hosts also have the opportunity to earn additional advertising income from their advertisers which they and we introduce to advertise on that hosts listing page.

We have also made it cheaper for hosts to operate as our service fee is a maximum of one and a half percent (1.5%) and the booking fee for guests is a maximum of eight and a half percent (8.5%). We also operate a loyalty program for guests and hosts. Hosts are not charged the service fee of one and a half percent (1.5%) when they rent to other hosts on our platform, and for guests, we waive the booking service fee for each 4th booking made.
