The minute you walk into this property you feel like you’ve found a quiet oasis. It takes 30 seconds to be in the sea and another few minutes to walk to the cafes, markets and restaurants of Bondi. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house is generous in all its proportions. North facing and flowing straight out to a private and quiet garden, this property has an expansive timber floored, open lounge and dining room with a kitchen featuring Miele Stove, dishwasher and marble bench tops. The master offers a king bed with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom while the second bedroom features a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top. There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer, ample storage and parking for 2 cars.

The Neighbourhood
You will be able to navigate around Bondi very easily on foot. A short 3 min walk to the beach or walk the Bondi to Coogee walk, take a swim or have dinner at Icebergs, have drinks at The Bucket List, go shopping at the boutiques on Gould St or stroll to Hall St with many choices of restaurants, bars and cafes.
You will find buses for the city 1 second away from the apartment. Once in Bondi there really is no reason to go anywhere else.
