Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. The unit is 680 sf -- most Waikiki units are only 300-400 sf.

Ceiling to floor windows on two walls overlooking the mountains. Wonderful ocean breezes on the 9th floor.

FREE PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot is across the street in a neighbor building. Bus lines are very convenient as well.

Payable 50% deposit to secure booking.

Balance 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

The building is a quiet building with many residents. Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Smoking is not permitting. Parties of any kind are not allowed. We love pets but unfortunately, they are not allowed.

We have a guest check-in and check out a document that gives extensive details for the condo and local area. We send this out 2 days before your arrival and do ask that you read this prior to your stay. We also give a detailed checkout instructions that list additional fee's we will charge if the check out instructions are not followed:

$25 fee if dishes are left in the sink
$100 if the FOB key is lost or damaged

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $204
