We like to think of it as a rural warehouse! Hidden behind the rough sawn timber exterior of our American style timber barn you will find a light and bright welcoming space. It has everything you could wish for! Comfy place to eat, relax and unwind! Step outside the barn doors and wander around the 6 acre property.
Inside "The Barn" you will find yourself relaxing in no time! You will find a cosy lounge area with comfy couches, wood fireplace, large coffee table perfect for boardgames and a flatscreen TV.
Large kitchen area with bar fridge (and large fridge - if you need it), portable electric oven with hot plates, microwave, kettle & toaster as well as a large gas BBQ outside complete with side burner.
A casual dining table as well as large timber dining table in the more formal dining area. A growing library where you can pull up a chair and get lost in the many books.
Upstairs in the mezzanine you will find the main bedroom with super comfortable queen size bed and lounge area. To make yourself comfortable you will find large chest of drawers, clothes rail and sideboard for your bags.
The second sleeping area (double bed) is in the downstairs area. Attached to the outside of the barn is the bathroom complete with hot shower, basin, mirror & hairdryer. The toilet is located in separate outhouse, as we are not on town water and sewer, the toilet is a self contained pump toilet.
Outside you will find cane lounge and chairs surrounding the firepit or up by the dam you will find ceramic stools to sit and relax. NB fire restrictions exist during warmer months so lighting outdoor fires during this period is strictly prohibited.
You will have full use of the property for your stay.
You will have the place to yourself! We are contactable via phone and email and have a property manager who lives nearby for anything you may need or any unexpected issues.
- Whilst we are located a distance from our neighbours, sound does travel, so please limit noise - no loud music after 10.
- Smoking permitted outside only. Strictly no smoking inside. Please ensure butts are disposed of to protect our environment as well as bush fire risk.
- Pets may be permitted by prior approval only. Please ask and provide information prior to booking.
- Children are permitted however please inspect photos and decide if suitable for your situation. Concrete floors, open stair rails, and dam which is not fenced. No high chair or portacot at the property.
- As this is a rural property, please ensure you have VIC EMERGENCY app installed on your smartphone to ensure you are kept up to date with any local hazards.
