Price Break Down
Large sunny open living area with bi-folds to enjoy deck and back garden. The master bedroom has 1 King bed in its upstairs retreat, ensuite bathroom with a private sunny patio. The second bedroom has 1 Queen bed with bathroom shared The third bedroom has 1 Double bed with bathroom shared The fourth bedroom has 1 Queen bed in a detached guest room by the pool with ensuite bathroom.
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. There is Wi-Fi and Foxtel TV available. The private back yard is yours to enjoy. There is a veggie and herb garden which you are welcome to help yourself to. Easy access to public transport, shopping, Bondi and the rest of Sydney. We will lock up the front office and shed for storage purposes.
Please note that a copy of a valid photo ID is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes.

Our home is right in the heart of the beach suburbs with 5 minutes walking distance to 3 magnificent surf beaches and famous coastal walk. 15 minutes walk to Bondi Junction main shipping centre. Close to Bondi Road with many restaurants, health food store , groceries, bars and all the usual stores.
Easy access to public transport. Buses every few minutes heading to Bondi Junction City or beach 2 minutes walk away. Trains also leave from Bondi Junction to rest of city and harbour. Just 15 minutes drive to central Sydney.
