We like to think of it as a rural warehouse! Hidden behind the rough sawn timber exterior of our American style timber barn you will find a light and bright welcoming space. It has everything you could wish for! Comfy place to eat, relax and unwind! Step outside the barn doors and wander around the 6 acre property.

The space

Inside "The Barn" you will find yourself relaxing in no time! You will find a cosy lounge area with comfy couches, wood fireplace, large coffee table perfect for boardgames and a flatscreen TV.
Large kitchen area with bar fridge (and large fridge - if you need it), portable electric oven with hot plates, microwave, kettle & toaster as well as a large gas BBQ outside complete with side burner.
A casual dining table as well as large timber dining table in the more formal dining area. A growing library where you can pull up a chair and get lost in the many books.

Upstairs in the mezzanine you will find the main bedroom with super comfortable queen size bed and lounge area. To make yourself comfortable you will find large chest of drawers, clothes rail and sideboard for your bags.

The second sleeping area (double bed) is in the downstairs area. Attached to the outside of the barn is the bathroom complete with hot shower, basin, mirror & hairdryer. The toilet is located in separate outhouse, as we are not on town water and sewer, the toilet is a self contained pump toilet.

Outside you will find cane lounge and chairs surrounding the firepit or up by the dam you will find ceramic stools to sit and relax. NB fire restrictions exist during warmer months so lighting outdoor fires during this period is strictly prohibited.
