Different Ways to Swap
You go their property when they come to your property. It's a straight swap. Get started today by listing your place.
How it works
A House Swap is based on a simple concept where you stay in someone's home to enjoy free holiday accommodation, and they stay in yours. In return, both parties enjoy free holiday accommodation in their chosen destination, and have all the comforts of home away from home. Its a remarkably simple way to say goodbye to hotel bills forever and enjoy longer, better holidays without the cost!
Found a home you love? It's as simple as messaging the owner and taking it from there. Then when you're ready you just need to click 'agree'. Easy.
Holiday Home Swap
Do you have a holiday home or a rental property? Use this property to exchange for another property. This allows you to share at different times of the year much easier.
How it works
Your holiday home or weekender can also be swapped for another property. While its similar to a straight swap of your home, using a holiday or second property that you own will allow you greater flexibility when you can take your holiday.
No need to match dates and location. Swap for Credits which can be used whenever and wherever suits. AirRentalz Credit system allows you greater flexibility as you can use your credits to exchange with multiple people. See below how you can use Credits.
How it works
Credits works similar to renting, but without the cash. When you rent your property, as the owner you will accrue credits for each night someone stays at your property. Instead of receiving cash you will receive credits which you then use to rent a home from a different person at a different time and location.

We’d encourage you to approve requests in order to keep the system balance and in order to earn more Credits for yourself.
We reserve the right to suspend a member’s Credits service if they repeatedly reject Credits requests without reasonable justification.
