Hi
Thank you for viewing my advert.
I have added a spa hot tub recently which can be booked in advance for a small charge for the water change 🙂
I leave complementary tea coffee, cooking oil, etc and then also a few other items that you can add as optional extras for your convenience.
Hi,
We are mostly here in the main house so please shout if you have any questions when you are here or need anything at all,
The Tiny house sleeps 4. Personally, I love the snugness of it. Children younger than 5 may need close supervision( that's your choice/ risk ) My grandson who is 5 absolutely loves it!
The second bed is a proper double mattress on a day bed.
There is constant hot water for the shower a powerful electric shower! ( I hate weak showers myself )
The facilities will allow you to cook simple meals and there are an induction hob and microwave.
Security / Fire and key arrangements
We are lucky to live in a small hamlet where nothing much happens ever but to ensure that you are secure and safe we have installed a number of security cameras. Please note cameras are operational on and around the property.
There is a fire blanket for health and safety reasons and a working fire extinguisher. Please just think of your own and others safety first and only use extinguisher when it is safe to do so. The tiny house is rather lovely but it is just a thing and can be replaced you cant!
You can exit through any window including the loft and there is a working fire alarm that is tested monthly by a qualified engineer.

Hi, I work locally and love to travel myself. I was fortunate to be shortlisted for the national geographic traveler of the year this year. Happy to help you find great places to visit locally or just leave you in peace to find your own way whatever you prefer. The house is very going with the flow. I am looking forward to welcoming you to our lovely friendly village. Kind regards Karen
The Neighbourhood
We are 5 mins drive to central Milton Keynes and the M1 but in the heart of the country .
North Crawley is steeped in History and appears in the doomsday book. The village name 'Crawley' is an Old English language word, and means 'clearing frequented by crows'. In the Domesday Book of 1086 the village was referred to as Crauelai. In manorial records in 1197 the area was split into Great Crawley and Little Crawley. The prefix 'North' was added sometime before 1398.[3] Local speculation has it that the prefix was added to distinguish the village from the town of Crawley in West Sussex but supporting historical evidence remains to be found. The hamlet of Little Crawley still exists under that name.
Anciently North Crawley was the location of a monastery dedicated to Saint Firmin. The monastery was recorded in the Domesday Book, though had fallen into such decay by the Dissolution of the Monasteries that little notice was taken of it, and it fell into ruin shortly afterwards.
We have a local shop that sells fresh bread and a great local farm shop that sells unpaterusised milkfrom our own North Crawley cows., local jams , bread and meat and vegtables. Its about a miles walk to the dairy .
There are two great local pubs one that is very well known locally for great food. Both are a short walk and we often stagger home down the hill .
Lots of great walks locally and only a few minutes from some great tourist spots such as Woburn , the safair park ,gullivers land etc . Very close to Cranfield University . In fact you could walk down the lane - its less than two miles or one Bus stop.
